my Name is Sebastian Enger and I work as technical director at OneTIPP.

Our Mission is to translate customer webpages & their user generated content to different languages. We target to translate about 120 000 webpages per month. 

We are looking for an on-premise server solution for machine translation with a hybrid solution: rule based and statistical machine learning as translation memory. The solution as private cloud or as standalone instance to install on our (Linux) servers(=preferred).
The translation solution should scale to the CPU-count of our servers and should run on multiple (linux) servers.

We need to translate these language pairs from every given input language below into each other and vice versa:
German
English
Italien
French
Spanish
Portuguese

Later this year we would like to also cover these language pairs:
Russian
Japan
Chinese
Greek
Polish

We aim to find the right solution for our needs by beginning of March 2016, Implementation and Testing in March 2016 and go live in mid of April 2016.
